The therapy session is time for you to connect with what is going on in your life, and to be reminded of the healthy you that resides at the Core of your being, whatever else may be going on.

Witness Consciousness Developing an increased Witness-Consciousness by using a Mindfulness approach, we gain greater resources and the emotional resilience to help guide us when we are faced with more challenging aspects of life.
I have had the privilege of working alongside many different people as they travel along their journey towards finding a better feel of wellness in their lives. Priority is given to the inner resourcing of every person who works with me, both in and beyond the therapy session. Care is given to help support as much self-regulation of the autonomic nervous system as possible, to support a level of well being and ease of being.
No Wound, No Pearl
A pearl is created by an oyster's reaction to the wounding caused by a foreign body such as grain of sand or a parasite. The oyster produces a series of secretions with which the irritant is coated, layer upon layer, and which finally imbues the pearl with its preciousness and beauty.
